  1. 1-never used one

2-heavy would be if you have to change your pad every thirty minutes

  2. well all i kno is that with a tampon

you have to stick it "up there" but ive never

done it. but it seems like it hurts!!!! and

when you have a "heavy flow" that means

it just keeps coming and coming and its

like really thick and gross. hope i helped =]

ask your mom about this stuff, too.

  3. 1. no, it just feels a little weird when you are putting one in for the first time.

    2. If you fill up a pad really quick (and possibly leak)

  4. 1.if you put it in right not at all

    2. if you fill up a normal pad that you don't fill up in a shorter amount of time or if you fill up your tampon and it leaks like you don't have a tampon in..that's a heavy flow

  5. 1. no if you read the directions and do it right

    2. you're on your period for a long period of time like 7-10 days and you're always changing your tampon or pad.

  6. A tampon doesn't hurt what so ever as long as you put it in right!

You will know that you have a heavy period if it takes a very short time to fill out your pad or tampon.(Your heaviest day tends to be the second and third day)

  7. 1) if yoou put it in right, then you dont even feel it

    2) if it takes you a short time to fill out a whole pad then its heavy

    if not than its normal

  8. tampons don't hurt if you are using the right size. thing super for your first 2 days and regular for the middle days and the smallest size for your last couple of days. use a pad for backup since you don't know if you have a heavy flow. if you find yourself changing a pad every couple of hours you probably have a heavy flow.

  9. nope.

    and i don't know.

    pleaseeee.

  10. 1-No, a tampon does not hurt if you insert it the right way, it might be a little un comfterble the first times but you will get used to it

2-If you are having your period alot and when you have it you bleed alot, that is a heavy flow.

  11. Not if you put it in right and take it out when it's full.

If you fill up a pad in a hour or 2.

I hope I helped you, Good luck!

  12. 1- if you follow all instructions - you would not feel your tampon

2.- read everything about very heavy menstrual flow including some measurements (see below)

  13. 1-tampons dont hurt at all!!! i swear, you cant feel them! its just weird the first time you put them in haha. oh and if theyre not put in right it will feel uncomfortable...but you will know. it wont necessarily 'hurt'.

2-to find out if my flow was heavy, i wore a 'regular' tampon, and i had it in for the normal amount of time (about 4 hours) and it had leaked. so yea i would try that.

    hope i helped!!!!
