  1. you could go for a hair cut or a hair mask you can get one from boots and you could always buy new clothes hair clips ect. and if your school allows it buy some makeup and wear a little here and there

  2. Use a weekly deep conditioning hair mask on your hair it will repair any damage to it from the week and make it soft and shiny. Also, in the future make sure to sure heat protectants before blow drying, straightning and curling hair.

I have a facial sauna that I sometimes use weekly to open up my pores and get rid of dirt but you can do exactly the same. Get a big bowl and boil the water in a kettle first and when it's hot pour into the bowl. BE CAREFUL to make sure your face doesn't touch the water it's hot! Put a towel over your head and place your face over the rim of te bowl (your face doesn't need to be in the bowl) and then the steam will get to the face.. do this for about 7-10 minutes - if your skin is dry only do it for about 5 minutes.

Do yourself a pedicure and manicure by buying bright coloured nail varnishes (which are in fashion) and paint them - be creative and individual! If you want to take it a step further, before putting nail varnish on your could exfoliate your feet and moisturise them to make them soft and get rid of hard dead skin.

    Good luck!

    I found this.

&like it says, avoid heating products.

I've noticed that's how a lot of girls fry their hair.

  4. Try a Fortifying Hair Mask - A blend of the ocean’s most potent botanicals fortify the hair against environmental toxins and harsh climates with a superb, hydrating formula that helps strengthen, condition, repair and revitalize the hair shaft for a lustrous, healthy shine. Safe for chemically treated hair. 4.7 fl. oz. ( 4.7 fl. oz. )

You can find this and many more home spa products at www.purebeautyinsideout.myarbonne.com  Click on Shop Now or Spa Products.

  5. Try Aussie 3 minute miracle hair conditioner. You can buy it in a sachet for about $2 and it works REALLY well on damaged hair. I straighten mine a lot, and that stuff really seems to help
