2004 Honda accord Screen

Question

In this car on the screen where like the music stations come up and everything, The writing is really dim and you can only see that the whole thing is still on in the sun light but at night you cannot see any thing. I was wondering if there is like a button somewhere that you can press to make the screen get brighter or does anyone know what can be wrong with it? Okay thanks

No, there's not a button that adjusts brightness.  Is it really dim, or totally out?  Also, is it just the radio that's dim or is it the clock, temp. reading, etc.?  If it's all out, your totally radio LCD unit could be bad.  There was a recall on that for the '03's but not for the '04's, it costs around $1k if out of warranty.  If it's just the part were the music stations come up, it could just be a blown fuse.
