Does anyone know how much it cost to have this boat built?

I really could not say. A lot of "IF's". Type of Lumber. If, it use a Plank or Plywood. If, it Lapstrake or Laminated etc, and etc.

Also, what type of Ballast does the plan call for? Concrete, Lead, Steel? I know Lead can get expensive if you have to buy it in Bricks. Hack, I was looking at plans for a 32' Ketch. My Ballast alone was looking about $15,000 or more for lead. If, my math was correct. But, there are options to getting lead too.

Building a small 12-18' wood cat with a Fiberglass coat and doing it yourself may cost around $5,000 and I guessing. So, just taking a wild guess; $30,000 you build and $60,000 someone else build.

But, I really just wanted to take a stab at this and not know. Just a lot of variables and where you have it built.
