3 buttons on Keypad don't work

Question

my Nokia 3595 got a litle wet. It seems to have recovered for the most part. All that's not functional are the top row of 3 buttons (MENU, Up/DOWN and exit buttons) all else works fine. The screen has cleared itself, I can receive calls but I cannot get to my menu to unlock the keyguard feature or retrieve any of my contacts. Can you help??????Thank you in advancecubo
