3 somes??????????????

how many of you have had that and what impact has it had on your relationship?

had a f,f,m 3-some with my first wife, marriage ended in divorce not directly related to the 3-some, but it started mistrust between us( apparently I enjoyed it to much! but it was her idea after all) I just don't think it's good for a healthy relationship. too many things can go wrong.

I have counseled many, MANY couples who have had 3 somes, someone always gets hurt, and feels left out, usually the relationship ends shortly after .

if you want a divorce , just get one, but dont hurt others as well as yourself with this type of action. It is VERY hard to counsel and repair a marriage after this.

The trick is having a 3 some when you're not in a realtionship with either of the 2, then everybody can really enjoy themselves because it's only about that moment.

     It can add great spice to your marriage, but there must be ground rules.

     1.  No sneaking off behind the other partner's back.

     2.  You and your partner take precedence over everyone else.

     3.  If you do have a bit on the side, always tell your partner.

     I think provided those rules are met, then fine.  Yes.  Go for it.

if you're still reading this after you read all the answers declaring what a bad person you are, let me say that having experimented a little in this area, it can be a lot of fun.  there were no bad experiences at all so yes it can be done.  i'll skip over the potential problems because i'm sure they'll be well pointed out by everyone else.

just make sure your relationship is good, you're not doing it for your partner and you've talked about it a lot first.

Not going to work out if you are planning to have a relationship with the person.  There would be mistrust and harsh feeling toward each other.
