35C and 50% humidity. Comfortable weather?

Question

I understand temperatures so I now what to expect at 35C, but humidity changes everything, only I don't understand the mix of the 2 and the effect they have on the sweating and hard to breathe factor. If the humidity is around 50% is this heavy and sticky weather, or just warm and comfortable?

50% is comfortable , at lower levels at 35c the air can feel very very dry

Sounds good to me. but I live in south thailand for the last 6 years and when the temperature drops below 25C I start to freeze ;)
