360 is broke?

when I go to download image for avatar it says

picture edit unavailable....try again later.

Is this just peculiar to my computer? cause I am running w98....not W98SE...Windows 98!

sounds like that you are broke and not 360 .still using windows 98??

File must be too small or too large to edit.

Win 98 might not be able to edit pictures( iam not sure about this)

There might be a problem with your W98.
