37 inch

Question

I bought a 37 in used phillips TV. It will be fine then will just black out but the power will stay on . you can turn it up change channel or menu when it does this . I want to know if it is worth fixing and dont want to get robbed. at times if we leave it n unplug it a while later it will work then do it again later. thanks for your help .
