3m precision clock lost instructions

I have a 3m Precision Clock with calendar, alarm and indoor/outdoor temperature.
I put in the batteries in both. Double AA in the indoor and energizer lithium in the outdoor, that was all the instructions I had on the back of the box. I need to know how to set the day of the week.
I would really like a copy of the instructions.
