  1. Well my daughter did the same thing, i was scared because i read something bout baby having mild seizure where they twitched. I talked to the doctor and he said that it is probably chills when u get after u pee, and u shake ur body. my daughter still does it now but it doesnt seem to affect her. Just keep in eye on ur baby and tell the doctor if u are concerned and read about baby seizure. Good luck!

  2. Sometimes it is normal, especially after a good cry they make those gasping sounds or twitch a lil with their head. But don't take it so lightly. Sometimes just ignoring the problem isn't always the answer. Twitching can also be an underlying sign of a nervous system problem, involving the brain, spinal cord, nerves, so you might want to have it checked... just because. Also, watch your child's eyes (if they're open, as in awake) and see if they roll around while he twitches. Normally when babies/toddlers twitch their eyes aren't rolling around. But then again, it's not always a SURE sign that everything is okay. Don't be scared of going to the doctor and asking them for their opinion. You can never be too careful, and in the long run, it will give you piece of mind knowing if it's just some spontaneous thing babies/toddlers do, or if it's actually something serious, you'll know that you've done what you could to help your child.

  3. Some children make jerky movements after throwing a fit or crying for long periods of time. Never let the child go to bed upset. Give hugs and kisses and a little water.
