Im taking my drivers test tomorrow. At intersections w/ no indication to stop, do you stop completely or ease forward, pulling into the desired lane, when you get there first?

  1. Well with no stop signs, you yield to any oncoming traffic or cars passing the intersections, then you proceed. Just like crossing the street, you look both ways make sure no one's coming then you can go)

  2. Yeah, if there's no indication, you act like there is a "yield" sign.  Don't have to come to a complete stop, but stop if there are cars coming.

Technically, if both roads are equal in speed limit and lanes, you both have equal right of way.  But it's better to err on the side of caution, especially when taking your test!!
