I say uncommon as i have not found any help on this problem ANYWHERE! Basically, i can sign in etc but when i play a video (or shall i say attempt to play a video) all i get is a blank screen , nothing loading, no episode name or episode description, LOOK DAMNIT!

this has been driving me nuts for months! it used to work well with no problems for a while but just gave up, and so did i bu now after weeks of reinstalling, repairing , updating flash and IE, taking of kontiki and the like, doing system restores to a time i rememember it worked, trying every possible instruction to guide to fixing other problems and just waiting to see if it wil sort itself out, i have had enough. I havent bothered with the staff at 4 as i know theyll send me some crappy generic response irelvant to my question, so PLEAAAAAAASEEE HELP! It really cant be that uncommon as it has occured on 2 of my siters laptop (it worked briefly when she installed vista but then it stopped) and my fathers laptop (yet again it also worked for a while) so im just wondering if anyone else in the world had this problem, and what they did to fix it. THANKKS!
PS It wont work if i download and episode and try to watch it offline, as i get the same screen i showed earlier, which makes me wonder if it something to do with my windows media player? I dont know...
