  1. Dude, how much do you think you should get to hang out this summer? I doubt that you are killing yourself. When I was a kid, my first job netted my $15.00 a week. I was thrilled to have a job and gained invaluable experience.

Learn all you can from your job and enjoy it. The alternative is sitting around your parents house and playing video games. As attractive as that may sound, that has no value.

  2. More then my 17 year old is making.....

  3. even though you are young i still think its fair for you to be paid correctly. i started working at 14 @ 4.25/hr i am now 31 so i think minium wage is suppose to be higher by now I think I heard it is $6.50-7.50 depending where u live my friend said it is 7.25 here in st louis area

if u think you are being cheated then google your fair labor division & see whats ur minium wage for your area. but don't quit your job young man just make sure ur employer is being fair. if not file a claim with your labor division & they will make the company back pay you. good luck & keep up the good work. its great you are working & not wasting time. ur resume will look good

anyway i found this link I think you are supposet be paid $7.15/hr
