Question:

5 month old and maturing?

My son is almost five months on August 16th. He doesnt seem to be growing or matturing as fast as other 5 month old babies I have seen. Seeing how my oldest was when he was about 6 months old doesnt seem like my youngest can grow or matture that fast by the time hes 6 months...

  2. babies hit their milestones at all different times when they are this young. you probably have nothing to worry about. Does his ped think there is a problem with his height or weight? Is he showing any interest in rolling over? etc..?

  3. Every baby is different they all learn and mature at a different ages. As long as he seems healthy and happy and growing at a steady rate I wouldn't worry.  

  4. every baby matures at their own rate. no two children are the same. i'm sure he'll be fine.
