There's a 5k in the morning on Monday that I'm trying to get my dad to let me do. However, I've got my first track meet EVER on Wednesday. I really want to do well in this.
I've only run 3 miles once in my life, and that was with short breaks after each mile. I think I can handle 3 miles, because I do 1 mile for training every day and don't get out of breath, but I'm wondering if I should do a run that's a lot longer than what I normally do 2 days before a track meet.
