800m Times? Compare? Plz?

I'm a garde seven girl and I love to run. My best time in the 800m is 2 min and 55 sec.

Is that good for my age? What's your time?

That's a great time considering your gender and age:) Is this your first year running? I'm primarily a spinrter/hurdler, but my 800 time is 2:36.75 on F.A.T.(fully automatic timing). I'm an 18 year old female, by the way. Keep running, and you're sure to shave a lot of time off your race:)

I am 17 and i run it obout 2:20-2:30 but for you i think its awsome

Thats a good time. My time is 2:22, but im more for short sprinting.

ch-yeah thats good. my time is like 3:04, but the mile is my main event. I think to make it to disticts for us is 2:48 or 2:38. Oh btw im 7th grade also.

ha that's 2 seconds better than me. But I'm one of the slow runners on the high school track team. So i guess 2.55 is good for your age.

the 800m is  hard event .I would like to see you get down to 2 45 .It going to be hard but you can do it.

That's decent. When I was in 7th grade, my 800 time was 2:41, but I'm a guy. I haven't run any meets this year yet, so I don't know how well I'd do.

yeah that's pretty good. 2:35 is really amazing so 2:55 is pretty good. keep working on it and you can definitely run 2:45ish eventually.

thats a really good time for a 7th grade girl - also because you probably do not specifically train every day to run track events

i am a 9th grade girl and my best time is a 2:20.

for being in 7th grade that is an awesome time, if you keep working hard you will be really fast in high school.

i am a senior guy in high school and I have run the 800 once and my time was 2:00.1
