9/8c time?

Question

When tv channels say 9/8c. What does that exactly mean? So what time would a show be on in Utah if the y said 9/8c? I know I should know this. =] I feel stupid for asking. thanks though!

Im pretty sure it means 9:00 8:00 central time.  So i think its on at 9:00 for you.

It means 9 eastern time or 8 central time.  The data does not tell you what time it is on in the mountain time zone.  Normally you would just subtract 1 more hour, so it would be 7 mountain time.  But lots of mountain time zone cable systems adjust to pacific time so you would get the program one hour later than they do or something like 9 Pacific /10 Mountain.

it will be on at 7. it means 9 (eastern), 8 (central), and then 7 (mountains) and 6 (western) are implied. its at 6. hope that i helped!

yeaaa this is a dumb question. but ill answer it anyway just so u dont make a fool outta yourself by asking a friend.  If u live on the east coast the show will be on at 9 o clock. if u live in a central time zone it will be on at at 8. c stands for central. honestly tho im no good at geography so idk what time zone utah is in for sure but it doesnt matter cuz no body lives in utah anyway.  EAST COAST BABY!!!

The 9/8c stands for 9/8 central time. Therefore:

9 is eastern time

8 is central time

7 is mountain time

6 is western time

I'm assuming 7 if you live in Utah, since Utah is mountain time. And  don't feel stupid for asking!

Well the little "c" stand for central, so i don't really feel like looking it up right now but that means if you are in the central time zone its the 2nd (earlier) time and visa versa
