A Bit Of Japanese Confusion?

I am a bit confused.

Is Namie Amuro's first name Namie or Amuro?

I'm doing a report on her for Japanese and don't want to look foolish.

Amuro is her last/family name. You can see her Background information in wikipedia stated her birth name as Amuro, Namie.

depends. is it an anime? have you ever heard which way they say it? im not sure but if the JAPENESE version say it like Namie Amuro then her first name would be Amuro. if they say it like Amuro Namie, then her first name would be Namie. find out how they say it first.

or is that how they say it? if so then her first name would be Amuro. the Japenese always put last name first and first name last.
