A Skateboard Set-Up?...

What kind of skateboard set-up would be good for a beginner I want to get a custom one so tell me the size of the board,wheels etc and just in case I wear size 7 and a half shoes for youth

I'd just start out with a good skatebored, and some little ramps. Maybe make an obstical corse with cones or whatever.
