A chance 4 rodgers at GB?

the packers looked really good with rodgers as QB in there preseason opener do u think the packers might have a chance 2 go 2 the playoffs even wid rodgers as QB and a banged up team

Some people must not have seen the packer-cowboy game last year. Favre was having his usual bad game in Dallas and then got hurt. Rogers took over and against a good pas rush and blitzes almost brought the packers back to win the game and probably would have if the refs wouln't have blown a pass interference call.

Preseason really doesn't mean much. Defenses are still learning systems so they show a limited number of schemes. They don't show all their blitz packages. They don't want to tip their hands for the regular season. So until he faces a full on blitz and a defense scheme that he hasn't seen he hasn't been legitimately challenged.

He was very good.  His interception wasn't his fault.  My only problem with him is that he doesn't read the blitz very well.  But that's something you can't learn from watching Brett Favre play.  Rodgers sat behind Favre for 3 years, what more can he learn without playing the game.
