A couple switchblade questions.?

Well the other day i found a switchblade in the woods and i have a couple questions, for one is it considered a switchblade even though it flips out the side instead of strait out the handle when i press the button? Are switchblades illegal in VT? and is Magnum a good brand of knives?

there illegal to carry but not to own i have the boker magnum kalashnikov and its very durable and very sharp but i dont like the way it looks but its still a great knife

Switchblades are considered common knives in Florida and are not illegal to carry just because they are switchblades so they are not illegal in every state just most

A switch blade that opens from the side is called a side opening switchblade a switchblade that opens out the front is call an out the front opening switchblade

They are both considered automatic knives

yes, it is a switchblade, i think they're illegal in every state, and magnum is pretty good

yes coming out from the side is the original switchblade and magnum are a good brand and i believe switch blades are illegal in every state to carry except i know you can have a switchblade in organ.

I would be concerned if it looked "used", as it might have been evidence to a crime. If it was just lost or abandoned, it still might be of interest to know what other people cross or frequent the area.

Switchblades open from the side, automatic knives extend the blade from the handle, like a boxcutter but with a strong spring assist. I think most of those are legal only by police, and switchblades, while possibly legal in your county or state, might still bring unwanted police attention if you are seen with it by people who don't know you.
