A couple workout questions?

1. What is the best form of workout for muscle gain? NOT losing weight because im already skinny and don't wanna lose any weight.

2. Are protein shakes or bars best taken before,after or during workout?

3. Is there any specific thing I should eat or drink after the workout everyday that is good for developing muscles? eg. Meat?,eggs?

  1. 1. Weight training helps you gain muscle, you gain more muscle than regular cardio if you weight train

    3. Things with lots of protein, like you said, eggs and meat

    4. You can start working your muscles right away


  2. Just start working on your muscles right away, it all depends more on what you what to become muscular though. If you want arm strength then obviously lift weights, things like that, or quads help make legs nice and toned/muscular. Look up muscle routines online.

    I know this website with some good muscle building articles from fitness trainers. it's http://fitness4u.sitesled.com THere is a insane muscle gain report on the right column you can download for free. I actually bought the no nonsense muscle book that's on the bottom left column. It really gave me all the info I needed to know to gain the muscle. This guy is really motivational and knows his stuff. It's got dvd's included too so you can see how to do the workouts. He use to be skinny too. Read his page. It's alot cheaper then buying a personal trainer.
