A dream from a friend?

What does it mean to see a strange white figure that was toughing my friends belly and muttering a prayer of sorts. My friend wants to know what it means.

It depends on what prayer the person was making. It could be either good or bad. In terms of good it could be an angel interceding for your friend. It could also mean in terms of bad that a demon, or an occultic person is trying to harm your friend in some way. I suggest therefore that your friend prays about it asking Jesus Christ to explain clearly what that dream means because only he can tell you.
