A freshman needs help....??

ok, so I'm a freshman in the Allen HS band, and we just had our first game. It was really hot in those uniforms, and when I took it off, I had heat rash on my legs!! How can I prevent this?!?

Use some talcum powder or baby powder before you put the uniform on.  They make medicated talcum powder for this.
