A good biochemistry techniques book?

Where could I buy it? Barnes and nobles or borders. If you know the name and price that would be great. I need to brush up on some techniques before Job interview. A good o chem book would be great as well.

If you're looking for an actual textbook you could go to any college bookstore and they should have both, if you're looking for a cheap paperback book Barnes and Nobles Borders etc. always have them.  Dover makes books on most topics, I get quantum theory and physics books from them sometimes.  

You could also find instructional websites on biochem and organic online, if you're not intending on reading more than a couple of chapters that's what I would do.
