A good loose powder? 10 pts.?

I need a good loose powder that gives decent coverage (since I need to put this over concealer) and can control some shine. Something I can find in WalMart (in Canada) Thanks!

clinique have a blended face powder I use to set my foundation. It comes in a variety of shades but the best is called transparency neutral cos it doesnt change the colour of your foundation, the bourjois one is also good  at half the price il haven't noticed much difference in quality.

I really like Almay Pure Blends Mineral Makeup.  The packaging is really handy since it's all right there and it gives great covereage.  It also has SPF 15.

Bare Minerals or Bare Escentuals Makeup products are by far the best! Although they are a bit more expensive than those that you might find at WalMart, they are definately worth the extra buck.

The makeup looks and feels so natural, you can even sleep with it on...

I went to Walmart web site and they did not have a cosmetic section but I am sure they should carry covergirl
