A good professinal digital video camera?

I don't have a very good camera right now and I was wondering what brand and kind of camera should I use for making videos on YouTube?

Actually, the simpler the camera, the better for YouTube.  The YouTube process removes a lot of the video quality.  All formats are affected - some more than others.

Something like the Flip Video Mino Series Camcorder, 60 Minutes (Black) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0016BX... would be great. It films in a small format built for YouTube and includes software to capture the video from camera to computer and send it to YouTube.

When we film with our Sony HVR-V1U  3-CMOS 1080i Professional HDV Camcorder with 20x Optical Zoom http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000IF8... , we have to convert the HD video to SD (in the camera or in the editing software), and then we have to edit and save the video small enough to fit on YouTube (720x480 in less than 10 minutes or 100gb).  All this work requires a lot of time.
