it honestly depends on the maturity level of the individual. I know some 18 year olds who still act less mature then some 13 year olds. It depends also on what it is for. Because legally at age 10 you can stay home alone, age 12 you can babysit other kids, at 16 you can drive, and at 18 you move out. So it all depends on why you need to know.

Well legally the age is 18. But you move on from childhood when you get into your teens. So 13. Yet, some people consider teenagers children but they are just a step above that. And some people base it on how mature you are.

im 14 and i hate being called a kid, but when im 15 i'll call 14 year old's kids... anyone Younger then me :)
