  1. If it is coming from an obvious location there is something easy to do. If that doesn't work then try asking a neighbor who they have used.

Get a can of hydraulic cement (about $10). Mix up a small batch (about a cup full) and wearing rubber gloves press it into the wall or floor area where the leak seems to be originating. It swells up in the crack and seals it. If that seems to be working then apply some more along the edges of the problem area. At the least it will  minimize the problem and could stop it all. If that is not doing it then it is time to get in a professional based on recommendations.

  2. go to www.ugl.com/drylok/....everything you need.

  3. Gulliver's Travel Authority?

  4. Any basement is prone to dampness, the first thing that always must be kept clean are the roof gutters, the less water around the building the better. the second thing is the land pitch, it always must be pitched away from the building. the third thing is any top soil water flow must be re-directed away from the living area.

if your gutters are not connected to a drain line, you should have this done.

    best of luck

  5. you live in GTA? you live in Grand Theft Auto? no way I wish I lived there.
