Dear Ms.X

I sincerely apologize for any difficulty you’ve experienced trying to redeem your coupon. As you may know .the coupon states,”limit one coupon redeemable per customer per visit”. This means that you’ve able to redeem one coupon per person, even when there is more than one person ordering.

Oppps People tell me .Does McDonald make sense?

  1. i like their coupons but i get my food then go back up and take another coupon!!!

  2. This is a bunch of double talk! Shame on McDonald's ! (frown)

They should just give you the discount...If you had to order separately, then the cashier should have said so or rang it up separately.

What ever happened to customer service, justice and the right to eat peacefully eat at discount prices! (smile)

  3. idk but i dont tihnk the letter makes sense

  4. Each customer can use a coupon on each visit but you can't order for other people and use the coupons on your order.

  5. One per order. So if you are ordering for you and your husband, its limited to one. If you both wanted to use a coupon, you would have to order separately. They have those rules in place so no one abuses it.

  6. Another good reason to stay away from Mcdonalds...

  7. If it's one order, regardless the amt of people, one coupon.

  8. come again?!?!?!!?

nope, i guess after reading that they dont!

  9. say what??

hahaha no maccy d's has never made sense!!!

  10. they give out coupons?

  11. At least you got a response I called once about a serious problem & never got one.

  12. Minus your typos.. it makes sense to me.

  13. there g*y

  14. In some ways, yes and no.

No, in the fact that it states "one per customer, per visit".

Yes, in that the counter person is only able to apply one coupon per order, the POS will not allow them to apply any discounts beyond that.

The coupon's wording is supposed to mean that a customer may only use a discount once per visit, per order etc.  This is to stop one person from going up getting a free drink, then a hamburger, then icecream etc.

To get around this, just simply have the other person you are with order seperately.
