  2. The il comino in new malden. Its not top luxury but food is fab service great. They only book each table once per night so you are not rushed

  3. Depends where in Surrey.  But Runnymede Hotel, Saville Court Hotel both have good restaurants with nice surroundings.

  4. La Capanna in Cobham - doesnt belong to a hotel though.

  5. Drake's restaurant . High street. Ripley.   (modern French)

    La Luna. Wharf street. Goldaming .( Italian)
