I can't think of anything. and i have to write a paper on this

  1. Can you give us more information?  There are always gourmet meals in the Nero Wolfe mysteries by Rex Stout and there are lots of "recipe mysteries" nowadays, in which the author gives the readers a recipe for some dish fixed during the course of the book.

    Or are you supposed to talk about a famous meal?  How about the scene in Oliver Twist when Oliver asks for more gruel?

    And of course, there's always the Last Supper from the New Testament, arguably the most famous meal in all literature. (Many schools offer courses entitled "The Bible as Literature.")

    i always remember the meal from the phantom tollbooth where your speech was what you ate.

    or the feasts in beowulf when the people angered grendel
