A paternity test?

so my girl just had my kid

but its a asian baby.

can i force her to give me paternity test?

what are the odds of this actully being my kid if we have an asian person in our background?

should i dump her for cheating?

sometimes babies just look like a different race, I've seen hispanic and native american babies that looked asian, but they were the legitimate children of their parents.

You could ask for a test, but you'd be a jerk. Suck it up, if you were willing to play the game, you better be willing to support your child...

1st of all did you sign for your name to be placed on the birth certificate? if so then i really do not think a paternity test will help you if not demand that test.

You can request a dna test through the courts. If she doesn't comply to the court, then the court can encourage her to comply.

Tell her you want a paternity test because it looks nothing like you, and that that is a problem.  If Maury comes back and says you are not the father, then you dump her for lying, cheating, and trying to get you to pay for her b*****d child.

What ethnicity are you? i would say if neither of you are asian, you may have a problem. I would ask for a paternity test.
