A question about Kinkos..??

Question

Ok if you print out a picture of something on regular printing paper and you take it to kinkos will they put it on a shirt or does it have to be an actual photo?

The quality will turn out much better if you bring them the actual photo because all they are going to do is take a copy of your print and transfer it to the shirt.
