in the UK, before the wedding, man will go for a stag do, and woman will have a hen do. the thing is, stag will never marry a hen. why people don't use stag do and doe do, or hen do and c**k do

Does are not known to crowd together and make a lot of noise. Similarly, cockerels do not either. However, stags rut and hens cluck - both involving lots of noise and showing off.
