A searching program for my PC?

i have like thousands of pictures and files and i need a program where i can type a key word and the it will redirect me at it. for example i type Ferrari and the program should find my ferrari folder with pictures and the other folder with the files. but this program will only search the items i have ''stored'' to it no the whole Hard Drive.( btw its 2 hard drives so more time)

For the pic's part, try 'Picasa' (google's freeware) which will dig out all your pics on your hard drive and display them nicely, with many other nice features.
