A ton of pixels on screen?

A month ago I downloaded the latest driver on nvidia.com Afterwards, I went to play a game and it froze. A ton of pixels came up in different colors. I'm not sure if I downloaded the wrong driver or what, but I never had this problem before. Plus, I don't know how to remove the driver I downloaded without deleting the other drivers itself.

Confusing...I know. Help please.

Its best to remove ALL drivers since removing one will affect the others. Other than that I do not see how to fix it. You could try to restore the PC state to a time before the drivers and see if that helps.
