does it seem crazy to anyone else that we have developed society like this? just the fact we make art is bizzare, and all of the little things we have... crazy.

I see what your saying, why would we do something that seems like it doesn't have any purpose in our lives. I see art as a way to show emotion and spirituality. It's human nature to try to express to others how you feel or what you believe.
