For about 3 months now I keep on eating when I'm not hungry and just eating and eating and more eating!!! I'm eating so much now that my stomach feels sick sometimes. So basically I have no self control...I really want to get over this phase but I can't, I've tried, but I always end up telling myself "omg this food tastes SOOO GOOOD.. must eat more must eat more!" and then I'll say I'll start eating normal tomorrow etc. so I never get anywhere...How can I stop eating when I am not hungry? Or not think about food since I think about food all the time?[fyi I am food obsessed right now :/ & been like this too looong :( ]
