Okay, every time I try to loggin to AIM, it says something about target rate reached or you have been rate limited. What does this mean??

just forget about it and download msn much better than AIM.

You are sending messages too fast. It happens when you try to send a message more than 1 time per second. If your not doing that i would recommend re downloading it... here you go
