IS THIS OK? NEIGHBOUR SAY HE IS GOING TO CALL POLICE IF I GO ON HORSE AGAIN BUT I JUST WENT ON BECAUSE I FORGET. I THINK IT WAS MY HORSE BECAUSE AGAIN HE ATE SOME OF MY GRASS. I GET CONFUSE WHEN IT IS IN MY GARDEN. IS THIS OK? CAN HE REALLY CALL POLICE? I MEAN NO HARM I JUST LIKE THE HORSEY.

  1. Just because he eats your grass, doesn't mean he is your horse. The neighbor can call the police and charge you with trespassing and stealing if you take the horse off of their property.

  2. are you really this stupid? a 10 year old would know better.

  3. No. You are trespassing and endangering the horse. They have purchased, trained and maintained upkeep for THEIR horse.  Here is an idea.. Purchase a horse of your own as the horse prices are reasonable however the feed and grain prices are outrageous and then you can ride it after you grain, water, scoop p**p an care for your horse!  Once you obtain ownership of your horse you can do whatever you chose but I would have had you charged for riding my horses with out permission be glad they chose to be neighborly and WARN you!!

The horses rightful owners should reinforce the fence so it will not eat your grass or be in your garden.

  4. I don't think this post is for real because I don't think anyone is this stupid but anyway....  It's not your horse-stay off it.

  5. The horse eating from your yard does not mean it is yours. Riding this horse, you can be charged with trespassing, as Jennifer D said. Since you seem to forget this, maybe you can try writing it somewhere to remind yourself? And if you would like to ride the horses so bad, maybe you could ask to ride them.

  6. As I was reading this, there was a voice screaming in my head. It said "WTH?!"

  7. no it is not your horse!! If you were my neighbor I would call the police too!
