ART project IDEA!?

ok i am making an astronaut out of things around the house what could i use to make a head (a perfect circle a big enough one) also a body i have made arms and legs and feet im just stuck on these 2 please help!!!!!!

use  calabash  and paint it

use a bottle cap to make the head and use cuttings from a cardboard box to make legs and feet
