AT&T Family Plan Question?

Ok, my family has a family plan for AT&T and we want to add a line for me.

I have the phone I want picked out, and we went to the website, and it seems like it'll let you add a whole nother family plan but not just add a line to an already existing family plan.

  1. It should let you add a line, but if you are having alot of trouble with it try the telesales group they can match most offers found on the website and you get a live person to talk to.  Call customer care and ask to be transferred to secondary sales or DMDR.  If you are going to bring a number from a different carrier let what ever sales department you use assign an AT&T number and port your number in after you receive the device
