  15. Most of your chain restaurants are nice but usually not super fancy. (Chilis, Red Lobster, Mamacitas, Cracker Barrel)

    Many times you can find super nice places that are not "chains" are your best bet for something pretty fancy -- but then you are paying for the ambiance of the setting over quantity of food.

    Personally, I find fancy means more money and less edibles, and sometimes you even sacrifice flavor.

  20. olive garden and it's affordable but it looks fancy has waiters/waitresses serve you at your table give you bread sticks and salad and even sprinle cheese if yo uwant them to which reminds me of a fancy resteraunt plus you get this fancy type feeling when you eat there.

  22. Tetsuyas in Sydney Australia. It's famed for it's fusion menu and impeccable service. There is a 3 month waiting list for reservations and I hope to go there  at least once before I die, just so I can see what all the fuss is about.

I can only speak for the ones I've eaten at.  Among those, Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian on the strip in Las Vegas, owned by chef Emeril Lagasse, is the one that impressed me most and had the most delicious food.  On average, with a bottle of wine, dinner there runs around $100 a person.
