Question:

AV Receiver blowing smoke?

My AV receiver was connected up to my TV (AC-3 input) and DVD player (via CD/VCD input) but all of a sudden, it suddenly started blowing smoke. I had 2 pairs of RCA cables going from audio out (monitored and fixed) of my TV to the AC-3 inputs. Now, the receiver turns on but the speakers no longer work. I've tried and my speakers seem to work with other equipment. Have I just killed my receiver? I'm pretty depressed at the moment...
