Question:

Abduction victims?

I'm curious as to what some of the responses would be if I asked if anyone has ever been 'abducted' by something unknown or paranormal.

This is a phenomena I've had interesting experiences in, and unfortunetly has been dramatized by the media to look like some amazing, fictional experience, while the truth may be far some sweet. I'm not going to go into my personal story, except to say that I had traumatizing events dealing with the phenomena all throughout my childhood. I'd been to a psychiatrist only to be told that nothing was wrong with me. At first I thought I'd been hallucinating (which had never happened before, except with high fever) and I hadn't taken any drugs, ever. It got to the point where I felt completely isolated from everyone, and my parents rejected what I had to say; they didn't want to hear it. I've spent a great deal researching what I've been through in hopes to help other victims, because no one should feel like they're alone.

  1. Have you ever considered the possibility that you weren't abducted, at least not by ET aliens or anything else paranormal?

You know some people who have claimed to be abducted were really just suffering from sleep paralysis.  Do you think you may have experienced this?

Some people who have claimed to be abducted "discovered" this through regressive "therapy", a method notorious for creating false memories.

Maybe the world isn't out to get you.  Maybe you're just paranoid.  Have you seriously considered this possibility?

  2. I have been told by a few of my friends that they got abducted. There parents just laugh at them and told them that was crazy. I believed them, because they would not talk about it at all and one began to cry and left the room. I believe many people who have been abducted are not believed, because there have been many fake reports. I would be interested in hearing you story if your willing to tell.

  3. There is a group for you: http://www.experienceproject.com/groups/...

  4. I live in a valley here in Colorado where there have been a lot of UFO sightings for many many years.  I used to attend a conference once a month where people would come forward & talk about their experinces with being abducted.  These conferences still take place.  There is even a "watch tower" where you can watch the skies for alien craft.  It's a big thing here.  It is not a joke.  It is not the media trying to make things up.  It is very real.   I have seen UFO's from a very young age.  They do exist.  I have never been abducted before nor do I want too.   Tho I have been exposed to other things.....entities.....spirits.....I hope you can overcome this bad experience.  You will probably never be able to forget.  God be with you.

  5. i'm sorry to hear that about your childhood, but it appears to have stopped, that's good, right?

i believe you, i think. i don't really know, i mean, i DEFINITELY have no belief on ghosts or any of that type of thing, but aliens...it's beyond plausible. as least they don't seem to kill people, that's a good sign, right?

i would instantly support someone who said they'd been abducted, even if i didn't really believe them because it's not my place to judge. I might be a little harsher with people who claim ghost stories...anyway, good luck finding more abduction victims to have a whole support group thing going.
