Are they the only two conjoined twins like this. I mean like with one body and two heads that are both a different person in the sence.

Here's an article about the girls.  In the article is mention of another set of similar dicephalic twins that Docotor's attmepted to separate.  Unfortunately one of those twins died 4 days after the surgery.  The other twin is still living.

Abigail and Britney were delivered by C-Section, and I found a medical journal online that talks about another set of dicephalic twins that were delivered vaginally.   So there have to be at least two.
