About Acting????????

Question

I really wanna be an actor and I'm 13, I was thinking by the time I'm 14 I wanna meet up with a talent agent. Is this possible, if it is how can i meet with a talent agent do I call them or something

p.s. I wanna start with commercials how do I do that

You need to start now. Take lots of acting classes, and do lots of local plays. Experience is key.

Get some professional headshots. Build up that resume.

Then send it to agencies near you.

go to http://www.sag.com/node/667 and pick your city and then a list of agencies will come up. When you're ready, you can mail your headshot and resume to the addresses listed.

well me and my sis were gonna be in commercial when we were little there is a certain place were you can try out for commercials and stuff like that...

look in the yellow pages or something maby for an agent
