About adoption in illinois?

does anyone know how i can find my adopted brother?he was born in illinois june 29th,1988.I tried looking at old newspapers on the net but nothing.I dont know alot of information but do know some.he cant register yet because he isnt 21.I just need some information.any help would be appreciated.i am his only true blood sister.

Hey,i don't know if this will help but here's my help;

1.i would say go to his friends house(if you live by any) and ask them for his phone number.

2.try the phone book

3.or you can go to google.com, and then type in his name,or if you know his number type that in,and that will give you the answers!
